Battery was a bit more challenging to fit into my console than the original one I took out, but after a bit of wiggling, it fit right into place. Once everything was put back together, the battery worked as intended.

Cable works great as intended! Tested with every Gameboy console I own - The Original, Color, Advance, Advance SP, and even my Analogue Pocket. Have been using it to bridge the gap of technology to play Tetris multiplayer with family on my Pocket and the Original. Also even used it for some technical hobby work with a custom link adapter. Everything works great!
