Perfect!

Perfect! Super fast delivery, very pleased. Good camera, good function great value. It may be 12 MP and 2 years old, yet still beats up on ALL competitors at the same price. Whish it had NFC. For the money, this is a steal. My fourth G series camera. My other cameras are a D4 and D800, this one is the ONLY back-up you will ever need. the battery is incredible (700 shots), it focuses fast!!! and the colors are great. You can buy fancier camera but hardly a better one. Trust me I checked.

Excellent lens to own, Better than expected, by a lot!

Best lens under $4 K. If you roam around and want the best possible IQ without having to swap lenses, this is the ONLY lens. It is heavy, but having ONE lens to cover all that range is worth it for such IQ. This lens took the place of three lenses in my kit, so you can say that it is far cheaper and lighter. I own a Nikon 200-500 and a Tamron 150-600 G2, Neither one delivers FAST focus on the D500 or D850, The bigma SPORT delivers. Far better than I expected. It is heavier than the other big zooms I mentioned, not by much, yet the performance makes it worth it! If it was stolen I would buy it again. My only issue with this lens is that the Nikon TC 1.4E III does not work with it. All else is glorious.

Extremely happy with this baby.

I should start by saying that I have it for nearly 2 years and have used in my D850, D500 and D800. The image is superb in these cameras. I also own the HEAVY Nikon 200-500 f 5.6. I shot birds regularily, and this is my lens of choice if I'm going to walk around. Focusing is fast and the image is THE SAME as my heavier and more expensive 200-500. I also own a Nikon 300 PF, and the Tamron is NOT as good in image quality, same focusing speed. But the fact the it is a light zoom with 100-400 range, it is worth bringing it with me everywhere. I LOVE this lens for tracking birds, it is light and maneubrable, I routinely get better bird shots with this lens than the 200-500, the lighter weight is the main reason. I find that turning OFF VR makes it focus 50% faster. The only thing I don't like about it is that it will NOT work with my Nikon Teleconverter TC1.4 E III. All my other Nikon lenses do, this one will not even Fit On it.
