Hello, I've been an Athlete for over 4 decades. I am a Personal trainer, running coach, group fitness instructor, I am certified to teach everything that's came out in the fitness industry in the last 45 years. I am a runner, and still attend road races. I really enjoyed them. I have 2 grown children, a grandchild, and a lot of furry grand doggies and kitties. I own 3 dogs and 4 cats. Plus over 30 pairs of new running shoes I purchase per year. I have to match every theme. I retired as a Business manager, acting, and model. I do brand Ambassador work every now and then. I love fashion. I miss going to work, and wearing high heels and looking fabulous. I need to go out to fancy places more often so I can bring my fabulous.
