Was expecting the leg's to be more pliable with movement,
Item very stiff no movement unless legs pulled on. Item will have no movement in water to attract fish / unless you plan on trying to skip across top of water instead of having swim stroke movement of legs / glide .
note frog's skip/ hop on land not on water !
stroke, glide movement in water & plop down under ! when floating & become startled.
