Gluten Free
The only gluten-free flour I can tolerate. It works measure-for-measure in cookies, pancakes, and waffles. Highly recommend. I'm used to a much lower price and larger bag (for the same price) through Grocery Outlet, but not currently available.

Exceeded Expectations

After careful consideration, I decided to take a chance on this product. The price is right, it's easy to take (one 485mg cap twice a day) and I felt a difference after only a few days: more stamina in my lap swimming, clearer thinking, and better ability to handle stress, just to name a few. So far so good. This is a game-changer for an aging swimmer who felt constant fatigue, mild depression, and an inability to deal with the creeps around me. I highly recommend this product.
