Useless

Have to turn the water down to a trickle to get hot water, which causes the unit to overheat or shut off or melt the plug. Mine lasted about month, hardly used. Plus it gets dispatched from Hong Kong first, don't be fooled by the union Jack flag on pictures. Useless product.
