  Bought as a "Buy it now" within an hour of it being listed. Seller then stated there had been an issue with the listing and he cancelled the sale, next day it was relisted at a higher price.

  I manage to list the same item twice (auction / buy now) I'm not sure if it was a technical error or I did something wrong. However two people independently bought/paid for the same item. I wrote to both and explained the issue, the fairest option was was to cancel & refund both. I relisted the item as a short auction starting at £20 (£15 originally) my sincere apologies & explanation to stuartsplastics was not accepted, sadly he chose his own diatribe, leaving the subsequent feedback.
