Perfect for working out
I used this at the gym all the time and it's the most useful bar I have ever bought for my home gym, easy on the joints and fits multiple weights for different stages of muscle growth

Great product
If you have never used clay bar for imperfections then you will be amazed how effective it is removing tar and other imperfections, used with the lube, it will remove almost anything from the paint safely and no need for compound after it either to bring back the shine, win win
