  the album was listed as like new, but the album i received was in what i would call good condition. minimal cosmetic blemishes on the outer digipack, but the inside photobook had ripped away from the staple binding. i’m not sure if the album was like that before it was shipped or if it was roughly handled by the shipping carrier. in the future i would recommend more than 1 layer of bubble wrap/bubble mailer. perhaps either cardboard reinforcement or multiple layers of bubble wrap. i’m content.
