A must have for anyone interested in Phonetics

This is one of the best books available on introductory Phonetics, and I would recommend it to anyone interested in this particular subject. The sections on Articulatory Phonetics that explain how our mouths, teeth, tongues and vocal folds interact to make sounds are particularly interesting and very well explained. The book uses current standard IPA symbols,and there are sections of exercises at the end of each chapter, these exercises arevery useful and work as some type of review of the materials discussed in the chapters.
