Colgate Whitener stays in the trays
This is the same stuff I used to get from my dentist but less expensive on Ebay. I've tried a few others before deciding this one is my favorite. It isn't harsh or bad tasting and is nice and thick so it stays in place inside the trays and therefore on my teeth much better. Other thinner, cheaper versions seep out of the trays resulting in excessive product in the mouth and hardly any on the teeth. You end up having to spit out so much of it that it ends up being a waste of money and time. It's probably not a good idea to swallow much of this stuff either so you definitely want one that is thick and stays in place. Also, the peroxide in these gels can be irritating to the gums and mucous membranes so that's another reason why you want it to stay in the tray. And the best part, Colgate Whitener works! I only use one half of a syringe ever 2 weeks for 30 minutes to an hour and my teeth stay bright and white.
