A good product at a reasonable price
The steps are sturdily constructed and easy to open and fold away. The adjustable safety strap is a good idea and the height of the steps is such the they will comfortably reach the back of our Land Rover Discovery.

Easy to use and compact
So far as I can tell, the kit is giving accurate readings (certainly there is a level of consistency) and it is easy and quick to use.

Does what it says on the packet
Item as described, properly packed and promptly despatched. Comfortable to use, but don't expect it to do what it is not designed to do. If you want a really thick pillow then look elsewhere. This one gives the kind of support you would expect from bits of foam. I slipped it into a slightly smaller cover, thus compressing the foam a little with commensurately firmer support.
