One of the best ever!

One of the best cookbooks I've ever seen, and I have quite a few. Ms. Jaffrey has compiled a global master class on vegetarian cooking...some come from recognizable chefs and others come from home kitchens. You definitely don't need to be a vegetarian to love this tome. If you appreciate a plant forward life style, you should strongly consider adding this book to your collection.
