Pretty sweet fidget toy
I read a bunch of review for koosh ball knock offs, and they all seemed pretty crappy. This official koosh ball that I bought doesn’t appear to have any of the common problems of the knock offs.
This koosh ball was nice and round, even after shipping, it feels sturdy, the individual rubber bits seem to stand up to a decent amount of abuse (time will tell though), it looks good with bright colors, and the smell (while super subtle and only noticeable if you stick your nose right in it) transports me back to the mid 90s when I was a wee child.
Fantastic fidget toy. Also, pro tip: don’t cut the rubber that’s attached to the koosh ball label/packaging/whatever you wanna call it - cut the cardstock and leave the rubber intact. Those rubber strands are actually looped in on themselves and are the perfect size for looping around your finger, which opens up a lot of other fidget opportunities. You can use it like a super short string paddle ball against your palm, you can wear it as a ring and wave it back and forth, etc, if you’re the kind of person who benefits from a fidget toy, this is a great one.
Also it’s quiet, sometimes fidget toys like spinners or cubes or whatever are really loud and disruptive? This’d be appropriate in a classroom setting because it doesn’t make distracting noise for the people around you.
Also lmao it really sounds like Koosh bought me off to say nice things about them. I promise I didn’t haha. But if you work for KooshCorp or whatever and wanna pay me money to say nice things about your balls, I‘m up for it lmao.
