  Disappointed that after placing the bid, seller accepted the bid then decides that the eBay charges are too steep for HIS pockets. If you are not familiar with EBAY maybe you shouldn’t sell on here. Just glad I was able to get a refund in a timely manner. Hence the neutral review.
