Its a good title.
It powers up and works good. The manual is loosely translated Chinese I'm assuming. Some of the menus for features are not what they say they are. Like pressing up instead of some other button but was able to figure it out. My problem is that I use encoders instead of scales and the parameter I needed only goes to 9999, not what the book says which is 99999. Means I cannot run my 6000ppr high count encoders. Overall, its a really good value opposed to some of the Acurite and Newall DRO's. Would buy again if I needed another one.

Very good light for the money.
Perfer Ge brand better. On the GE ones the ballast and all the components come out with the insert so you can wire it up while its not forcing you to hang it there.
