It's Ok, not as good as my old Jabra, HATE the ear hook.
I have been disappointed with this headset. I had an older model Jabra headset (BT8040, or something like that) which just seemed to work much better. This one has a hard time interpreting voice commands the old one did not. The old one also work seamlessly w/ the PS3, which I can't make this one work on at all. Also having purchased this reburbed, I did not get the in-ear gels, only the ear hook. The ear hook is hard plastic and doesn't want to open very easily making it a pain to put on, basically I hate the ear hook. I bought another Jabra because I loved my old one, wish I could have bought that one again.

As expected
I was skeptical this would be a truly new battery, and it did come with a few marks on it (more than my original 2yo battery, swapped through 2 replacement phones). It does seem to be holding a charge better than my original battery though, which is why I gave it 4 stars.
This is just a thought, but it could be that these batteries didn't meet some quality standard, and were sold off cheap. So while they may be "New", they may also not be A1 quality. This could explain why some people report getting a bad one.
