Not the best quality.
I bought 2 brands of this thing on eBay, this one's much cheaper-grade. It's made softer metal and thinner material. It's not rigid enough to use in my slide-in setup, it flexed so much the drives fell off the rails.
Finallly, the screw-slots aren't fully exposed by the larger holes on the other side, so side-angled screwdriver work is required.

Higher Quality than others...
I bought 2 brands of this thing on eBay, this one's far superior. Unlike the other, this one is made of quality and thick material, it's rigid enough to use in slide-in setups, and is better-manufactured with truer bends.
Finallly, the screw-slots are fully exposed by larger holes on the other side: no side-angled screwdriver work required.
