  Awful seller, sold a broken item -- the hat was on one end of the box and the Nutcracker on the other, so not like they didn't know. And doesn't accept returns. What a terrible thing to do at the holidays (or anytime).

  Item was in like new condition when mailed. Was damaged in shipping I’ve asked for a photo of damage to start processing your refund through the post office with no response from you. I’m trying to refund you, but with the lack of response from you my hands are tied. I had it insured to cover any damage during shipping. Please respond with a photo. I’ve left you 3 messages with no response.
