Legitimate key, fast delivery
This is a legitimate (i.e. non-pirated) key for Windows 10 Pro. It does not require installation of any extra software or any other unsavoury behaviour.
Follow the instructions provided (i.e. where and how to enter your upgrade key and then the provided key) and you will have a proper, licensed version of Windows 10 Pro.

Key didn't work
Tried the key following the instructions but it keeps saying the key is invalid, expired, or for a different version of Office.

Essential for CAD work
3D mouse is one of those tools that you don't realize you need and once you get used to it, you cannot imagine working without. Keyboard and mouse are both useful in their own right, but a 3D mouse is an intuitive way of examining 3D objects that lets you focus on your work rather than learned an arbitrary interface.
The only thing to check is whether your application of choice supports this device - most do, but some (such as zBrush) do not.
