Better than the small fan r/v had. you have to remove bezel screen grind rivets off fan bracket remove fan/ use oscillating tool with metal blade to remove gang box/ no instructions in box/ and move crank handle to hole that matches your fan knob location brief description of what i did

nice watch
Good brilliance on hands in dark. Watch seems well built like not having to worry about a battery down the road. Have yet to take it to the beach and river but sure it will hold up its ISO rated so hoping wont let me down. Great watch
