Philosophy of the Fast Diet
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich I was after a recipe book - this was more about the philosophy of the fast diet, how it works, benefits etc with very little in the way of recipes.
There were a few recipes at the end but not picture ones
Good book though if you want info on the fast diet, easy to follow and quick to read
