Not your mother's modem.
THIS MODEM IS SHIZNIT. I simply cannot believe the amount of technology, the quality, the reliability in such a small package. Note that this modem is *not* waterproof... in fact it is absorbent. It's not super absorbent or anything. Just a little absorbent. Which I guess is too much. But it's definitely not waterproof.
Also, it's not particularly heavy. So if you want to hold things down, boy you are you going to be disappointed.
It does have a highly reflective surface on the USB plug. But, truth be told, it's not really large enough to use as a mirror. I mean you can barely make out your mouth in that thing, let alone your whole face.
As a tuning fork, the device really fails. Although it is produce a large amount of RF energy, it is essentially inaudible.
