Saved me from having to buy a bunch of new equipment.
The early version of the dock has 4 USB 3.0 connections and 2 mini display ports and an Ethernet plug. It basically expands the connectivity of the Surface Go 2 I'm using to the back side of a PC desktop. it will enable more connections and monitor cables to hook up two more monitors are very inexpensive. So some old monitors will come of storage to be used. Less wire all over the place and simple connections I already have. No converting to USB-C.

Replacing the springs is a hard job but the exact replacements went in with no problem.
