While my experience with ebay is long, it is limited to a few purchases per year in the field of AV equipment and musical instrument tech. However, whenever an issue has arisen with the item, it’s been a “buyer beware” for me, and I ate the cost. When I initially had an issue with my order, this seller @fatcatDJ checked in and promptly alerted me to a shipping mishap (which could happen to anyone) and immediately corrected & accounted for it. Nice but People Republic of CN gotta get goo quality
For the price its OK. The bolt that fastens the clamp to the bar keeps falling out. Mine fell out and it took me a half an hour trying to find it. I would have paid TRIPLE for the same design with better materials and a bolt that doesnt fly off so easily, but North America, AUS and Europe dont make such an item so its like a good concept but made in China so its cheaply made. Dont mean to sound racist but they make a lot of terrible quality merch. Ugh.
