H&R Block Tax Software Business is not well designed

Con: I changed computer this year. There if not file which could be transferred to the new computer for this year's software to pull out. Nor, it could not read the PDF file from last year. These functions are available in Personal Tax software. Also, if I choose e-file, I am asked to fill in preparer's info. I did by myself, and it was very confusing how and what to fill. I had to choose paper filing at the end. I do not think the business software is well designed. The interview is not very helpful to guide you how to fill. The software asked me several times if I should fill a bunch of forms. However, I do not know what those forms are. There is no explanation what these forms are. So I have to go to Google to get answers, and then to know if I should fill them. There are many other bugs.
