Tamiya rattle cans are the only ones I’ll use. I learned the hard way with several other brand choices, and for any surface RC application the Tamiya PS series of paints is the only thing I’ll use from now and on.

Great, rugged upgrades.
I built a 2wd Slash from scratch around a low cg chassis and used all Atomik RC billet components for the front and rear suspensions with the exception of the front tie bar, which is an STRC unit. They work perfectly in concert with one another and provided a really smooth suspension that should be pretty much bomb proof. And of course, from a bling standpoint they look fantastic. They add a few grams to the front and rear subframes, but not too much over the stock plastic components. This truck is super stable and turn-in is fantastic on both dirt and blacktop.
