Perfect For my Needs

I'm in a wheelchair, so I don't use a normal strap set-up for my cameras. .. instead, I use a sturdy cord as my 'strap' and run it through one of these 'trianglular split rings' on just the left strap lug of my camera and tie the loose ends of the cord together to form a loop ... The camera often rests in my lap while the other end is looped around my chair's 'push handle' ... The camera rides safely this way, is always readily available, and can be brought into action instantly ! When the camera is not in use, the 'strap' because it is simply a piece of heavy cord, wraps easily around the camera and takes up nearly no space in my Camera Bag These 'triangular split rings' are Perfect for giving me a sturdy attachment point for my 'strap' !
