Smith and Hitchcock do it again
the Monogram series of aviation histories that Smith and Hitchcock have written are excellent sources for information on a chosen few German aircraft that are above and beyond the the standard researches carried out by other authors. this time they have done a remarkable job of presenting not only an excellent history of the Do 335 but also present material on the "might have been" versions of this aircraft that were just paper dreams in May of 1945.

Warship 2018 continues the tradition of detailing what is happening in Naval history research.
the 2018 edition of this 40 volume set continues to provide the latest in naval history research on multiple subjects. I especially enjoyed the articles in this book on the Graf Spee and the River Plate encounter. The annual naval review and the listing of the latest naval history books that have been recently published add to the value.

Nice picture collection but not enough
The picture collection is superb but it was disappointing because there are no scale prints or drawings and no information on dimensions or performance. No details on engine, tires, drive train, transmission, weight limitations, etc.
