4 shields are the best. High quality connectors. UV protection out lasts others without it.

Long on quality
The locking feature eliminates the shortcomings of regular banana plugs. The acceptance of large gauge wire allows DIY high performance speaker cables for less. Screw type is easy to use but crimp would make a better connection.
