  The biggest complaint I have with this was the condition it was listed as; new. According to Ebay, this means it is un-opened and undamaged which this clearly was. I wouldn't be too sad about some beat up box, but the box was clearly opened and was missing bag number 1. Granted, this fact was listed in the summary, but the fact that it was listed as a "New" product instead of a used one was poor and pretty misleading. Seller did tell me it may be a bit late but it still arrived early. NB overall
