Great features - when they work
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich I have been a Plantronics user for years. In my opinion they have been number one for Bluetooth headsets.
My last Voyager Legend lasted over 2 years & that's after heavy day to day use. Moved up to the Voyager 5200 with better mics for better background noise reduction. Received my new headset but there were issues not with the company who sold it but issues with certain issues with features not working correctly. By disabling the sensor that knows when its off or on your ear all voice prompts started working correctly. My old Voyager had this issue as well. Disabled the exact same feature it as well. I for one don't need my headset to know when its on or off my ear as when I take it off my ear I turn it off.
Hope this helps someone. Plantronics is a great company & a provider of amazing features & sound quality.
