Cooking with smoke
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I would have liked to have had more information on just the smoking of meats and fish and a few pictures but Smoke and Spice deals mostly with recipes and the barbecuing of meats and fish and no pictures.
I did glean some answers to my smoking questions though, so it did make the book worth the purchase price. If you want a great barbecuing book though, this is it, because it covers everything you would ever want to know about the art of babecuing and gives great recipes and terrific barbecuing tips, too.

Fantastic value for the money
Circulon is the only cookware I will buy, This is my second purchase of Circulon cookware because my last set lasted for years!!!
