Missing a part

This product works great spinning on one side. The bearing is very smooth and it spins endlessly. Only problem is if you turn it over it stops! Out of curiosity I unscrewed it to look at the bearing and found that it was missing a part... It lacks a snap ring to keep the one side from dragging when you have it flipped to that side. Otherwise a wonderful product but really disappointing that such a small part was left out.
