THE reference for classic, authentic international recipes. A gem.
I am a chef, formerly of several restaurants in Paris, France, and a caterer in both Washington D.C. and Seattle, Washington, and this cookbook is my bible for classic, international recipes. One of the finest cookbooks ever published.

Beautiful hand-worked finishing and styling - excellent quality and price!

The beauty of the lustrous raw silver is the perfect finish in contrast with the generally tinny aspect of machined ear wires. I like the idea that I am supporting artisanal workmanship and an esthetic that has spanned generations and eras.
