Great deep drop rod
I used it with the Daiwa Seaborg 1200, with 90 lbs/40 kg braided line for deep drops in excess of 1000 feet/304 m with 10 lbs / 4.5 kgs weight and it performs excellent.
The rod itself is light weight and strong. It makes a great combo with the Seaborg.

I have used it so far with 90 lbs braided line and a 10 lbs weight to about 1200 feet deep and reeled it up with a nice catch without any problem. I have only caught good size rosies for now... until I can find a snowy grouper hole 🙏
