Then lowered it, I still said that my offer was contingent on lower shipping. He then accepted offer and shipped without lowering the shipping even though it was discussed several times. Then basically said "Too Bad" I don't care what you say and basically bragged about taking advantage of me. Complete scammer and even admitted it openly when I sent him note explaining what he did. BEWARE!
