Knowledgeable and convincing overview. A practical guide to change to a healthy diet
Great book which gives an overview of the most salient points of a plant based diet. I love the author's style and knowledge, and how he applies the studies to practical knowledge you can use. The included recipes are an essential part for anyone who wants to embark on a plant based diet, but,may be unsure how to eat the way one should. This is a much easier read than some of the other books which delve more deeply into the research part, but it is a great practical guide that is a start for anyone curious about why one should eat a plant based diet.

Sturdy and Well built
Instructions are a little vague is my only negative comment, but this is a sturdy, heavy duty unit. Screws fit perfectly and line up tightly for a really nice solid feel. Great cabinet, will buy another from same manufacturer when I outgrow this one.

Plant based documentary with personal stories
Compelling personal stories, well told. The way it is written, you have to watch the whole thing so it makes sense. They begin one vignette, and then start another before finishing the first. Its one way to tell a story. Lots of good information.
