    The seller was quick to respond to my concerns. He has shipped a replacement buckle, tracking indicates that the product is still in Italy, maybe held up in processing, although I don’t understand why. Once I receive the buckle I will be happy to give the seller a positive rating.

    Item as described. Perfect 👍 However, it's a bit weird that seller is asking for 13pounds for shipping from UK, but item was in Italy and sent inside EU which should be much less than that. Not a big deal at all, buckle is great. But if you are shipping from EU be fair and don't charge extra money for no reason. Cheers
