  Worst seller ever. They didn’t have the product and wanted me to cancel. I told them to cancel on their end but they didn’t want to because they would get dinged or something. So, what they did was show it shipped with a false tracking number (delivered nowhere near me and the box was huge and shows it weighed 20+ pounds for a 6” stove pipe). All just because they wanted my record to show me canceling vs them getting dinged for not having the product they advertised.

  My original order was ship to the wrong address. I emailed the seller and they quickly resolved the issue and sent out a new product and I received it within 2 days. That is how great customer service should be done. Thank you
