It wiorks perfectly right out of the box
The price was very good and the cartridge performed perfectly on installation. No error messages. No smudging. Clean lines of print.

Check valve usage
I use a check valve in a pool spill-over spa that pours water into my pool. This particular style valve fits my main jet. It works well to keep water in the spa from siphoning back into the pool once the motor has stopped. So far, the seal has functioned properly. I see no signs of deterioration from the chemicals. I've had it installed for more than a month. The cost/benefit of the piece exceeds that of others I've shopped. Good value. Perfect performance.

Better used as a laxative.
Tried it. Day one resulted in bathroom visits. Same for days two and three. It works better as a laxative. I stopped using it.
