  Seller did not pack item well which resulted in the item getting damaged, a hole in the box, and missing items. They did not help with a shipping claim at all and did not offer any refund. Very disappointed, I would not buy from them again.

  Well, I did pack the item very well. I took all precautions I knew to take. The shipper on the other hand, judging from the pics the buyer sent to me, was obviously excessively rough as far as handing went. I am so very sorry for the outcome but I can't be held liable for the carelessness of FedEx, which I will never use again.
