Inexpensive filters encourage frequent changes for freshest/cleanest fuel delivery
With filters as inexpensive as these, one should change one with every oil change, and have installed in-line with every 1/4" or stepped to 5/16" fuel lined gas operated tool, from your outboards, to lawn mowers, tractors, weed-wackers, generators, and power washers, etc. (note:
I took the opportunity to mount an inline cut-off valve upstream at the same time, to make filter changes less of an issue/hazard.) Only issues I had was a few filter's had a bit of "flashing" remaining on the hose connection tubes which may cause leaks. A simple burnishing with fine sandpaper solved any issued and provided leak-free connection surfaces. (sand by spinning the filters in the sandpaper with strokes perpendicular to fuel flow.).

Great product, but go a bit small for best and tightest fit.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich If you have a Length of Pull concern, THIS may be the solution to either lengthen easily, or with a careful tape-off and saw work on your stock shorten your overall LOP, with an enhanced recoil reducing but pad, this may be for you. Questions, calling LimbSaver Customer Service provided REAL LIVE and helpful customer service and a profile page to help you properly fit your pad to your stock. I went with the SMALL on my application, for I knew I needed to cut at least an inch off the OEM stock to create a net 1" reduction in LOP, bringing the trigger closer to me and a MUCH better sight picture on my optics (already as far aft as possible) for an improved Eye Relief picture through the tube. I RECOMMEND ordering your pad a 1/4" shorter than your stocks long length for a tighter fit without any adhesives, (as I am not sure what kind would work well on the latex pad, made to fit like a tight glove. . . NOW the real test is to send some 3.5" Magnum 12 gauge down range.

Great filters, however pleats are oriented VERTICALLY when installed (vs. original's horizontal) for shape to fit.
The filters arrived in separately packaged cartons and sealed in a plastic bag to retain freshness. While the original filter has HORIZONTAL pleats when installed, due to the unique shape of the filter (non rectangular, with one peaked side) , beware that this new filter goes in following the SHAPE of the original with the pleats in a VERTICAL orientation. The foam surround provides a good seal in the cowling box, and we hope the carbon content helps eliminating any odors.
