Really great product
I have not had the opportunity to use these items. However I have used the same thing many times i n the past with great satisfaction. I have every reason to believe that the items I purchased will also work satisfactorily.

Broken in shipping
I ordered this printer because my old one (same model) had quit working. The price seemed reasonable and the shipping cost seemed reasonable too. I received the printer a couple of days before I was actually expecting it. I set it up and unfortunately something happened during the shipment and something on the inside of the printer broke preventing the paper to be drawn out of the paper tray.
