Excellent Product and value
These are exactly what I was looking for and can't find locally.
The stems may be a little long for some applications, just cut a bit off of the shaft until they're perfect.

What's Wrong With the Standard American Diet (SAD)
I've been through the content of advocates for keto, carnivore, vegan and a number of the variants of each. This book explains the background behind the diet of our ancestors, and how anti-nutrients and specifically lectins in specific foods are causing negative reactions in the human body, which we and and the medical community choose to paper over with various drugs.
I won't necessarily follow something just because someone writes or speaks it, but I will use this book to further refine what works for me.
