This rookie card is great value.
This rookie card for this player is great value because he has played 5 years in MLB and his numbers have progressed to all-star quality. Just think about this, he will have over 1000 hits at the end of this season, and he didn't play over 80 games his first season. Also, he is only 26 years old. He has the "it" factor as a hitter at his position. Everyone looks at his height of 5' 5" tall and 150 pounds and has looked right past him until NOW! Topps didn't make a Bowman Chrome autograph for his 1st Bowman card, so this is the card to buy and any version of this card. What also makes this card a winner, as of today, is we as baseball viewers, have been allowed to watch 5 years of his career and do not have to guess if his size and game can translate to the major league level. It has and he is starting in the all star game in 2016 at a position that is loaded with good players in the American League. The only thing that you can't predict is the injury factor or some freak thing happening. I watched Biggio's entire career and Altuve is better as of now. Buy this card and put it in box and 10 years from now the countdown to 3000 hits and the HOF will be in full swing. Not to mention, you pay under $10 for the card. Look at all the Bowman autos of players who have never even played one inning of Major League Baseball and the card price is ridiculous. Good Luck and Go Altuve!
