much smaller than expected, arrived very late

Arrived more than a month later than latest estimate. All pieces are much smaller than expected from description. Can't use any for my intended purpose.

spins briefly, then fan error

Upon startup, fan spins briefly, then stops and laptop reports fan error, then shuts down. Tried two new fans, both do the same. I cleaned up old fan then put it back and it works OK.

seems like a factory second, extremely tight fit

Plastic piece around the face sensor was too low down (used heat and tweezers to re-position it), and the plastic edge that the earpiece bracket is supposed to grip was broken/missing, so the bracket has nothing to grip there (held in place by two screws). Closing the phone was an extremely tight fit -- used heat to slightly expand the rear case then very firmly pressed display into place. Good edge seal, however. It's installed and working now, but I'm not pleased that I had to fuss with all these problems. iPhone rear camera now has an internal smudge, but I don't dare try to reopen the phone to clean or replace it!
