Old school, the only school
Aside from a slight smell of cigarettes, I’m totally happy with this purchase. Everything works well and is in great shape.

Good price, but not worth it.
The good: it didn't cost too much.
The bad: the fairing itself makes as or more noise as my bike rack did before I installed the fairing.
My solution: I cut and installed two strong pieces of wood on the backside of the fairing, drilling new holes to bolt it firmly to the fairing.
The result: no more noise.
