Significant flaws, particular scratching of wooden floors and lack of manual mode control.
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich The soft head left visible scratches on my (new) dark hardwood floors and was otherwise 'clacky' and unpleasant to use, I found the lack of ability to control the suction (only auto mode available) annoying, the motor head kept stopping on a thinner rug, and emptying was messy and awkward. Dyson's lack of concern regarding these issues (particularly the scratching of the floors) was notably poor, to the point that I'll never buy another Dyson product again, despite being up until now a long-term customer. I have returned my machine under eBay's return policy as Dyson was unwilling to honour their own return policy directly when not purchased from their website.

Condensed water is annoying to manage.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich The offered solutions for managing the condensed water are not functional - plumbing in is way less straightforward than is represented (need to set up a siphon system as there is no pump) and the other option of emptying the reservoir as soon as it's full (sometimes mid-load, at which point the machine stops until you've emptied the water container) is quite annoying (the container is quite large and it's cumbersome to be emptying so often). Otherwise the dryer is fine, but I wouldn't have purchased if I'd known the waste water management would be such an issue.
