Works like they should
They stop the heat like oven mitts but not for the nimble fingers so don't drop your electrode. Build quality is 5 star, they're some quality cow hide gloves.

Good Quality
It's Been a year and i'm still using these 3 bits and i went through 40 or 50 Irwin bits the year previous. these bits are hard as. I would buy more but the 3 I have are still good

Way better than the plastic part most drills come with and easy to change with a screw driver and large allen key
